Been to the one in Haymarkey, but not in Ashburn. Haymarket is great. Will no doubt hit Assburn sometime.
The environment is festive. Flat screens to watch sports and the food and beverage is exceptional. Consistent and good.
So this is one of my favorite Tex Mex spots. I tend to deal with the same bartender and staff all the time. Cinco was off the chain last year. I apologize for the last post!!
Well,I would say it's should be rather 3.7 stars,but we left happy and warm after dinner on a brutally cold night in January. Service was very friendly and attentive,atmosphere was very pleasant and people on the bar looked happy and satisfied. Food was good,not outstanding or phantasmic,but solid quality. I ordered Camarones Jalisco and had a choice of 2 sides. Portion was pretty decent,even though I didn't have any appetizer. Shrimp could be a little larger and a little juicier,but nothing was wrong or not tasty. My family liked seafood chimichanga with shrimp and scallops,but proportions were not even,was much more shrimp than scallops inside. This is a neighborhood place,I happy to have them 10 minutes away from my house and will be back sometimes soon.
My wife and I had dinner there on 1/23/2025. The server brought chips and salsa right after we were seated. Chips and salsa was tasty. Nothing really stands out. My wife had the steak burrito. Steak was very tender. The burrito was flavorful. Delicious. I had the crispy Tacos with ground beef. Tacos were flavorful. Delicious. I asked for hot sauce. The server brought homemade jalapeño, habenero hot sauce. It had some heat which I enjoyed. We both had rice, refried beans on our plates. The rice was tasty. The refried beans were creamy. A delicious meal. Our server was attentive. We will be back.
Really good food. Service was prompt and always kept up on drink refils. Went for dinner and it was pretty quiet for a Monday evening but a good quiet place to go for dinner. There was a birthday at a neigboring table and they did sing Happy Birthday to the person. My friend and I would definitely go back when we get a chance.
Parrando's is my families favorite Tex-mex spot in Northern Virginia. We've been coming to Parrando's for years now - and every single time, it does not disappoint! The service is amazing - all those involved in the process are very welcoming and make sure we are good. The food is beyond delicious, it's so good. Hands down one of the best tamales de lotes that I've ever had!!! They have lots of space so if you plan on having a very big dinner - they are able to accommodate. We had a party of 30 yesterday, and they did such a great job! we love Parrando's, we always go for birthdays or a random Saturday morning for desayuno. Thank you Parrando's family/team for always making our time there so enjoyable
Made a quick weekend in VA, and my partner saw a Tex-Mex Restaurant nearby. We love this cuisine and the food looked AMAZING!! SO, we stopped in with our big appetite (and hunger pangs ). We were not disappointed! The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Mann from the time we entered the restaurant, it was great! The menu is extensive a tad in the pricey side, but portions were worth it! Everything was seasoned and flavourful. The drinks were not skipping any "adult juice"! The ambiance was lovely and they also have an outside patio. We even doubled back by to hear the love music playing! Staff looked the part of this classy Tex-Mex, they smelled nice, well groomed and they all wore gloves as they prepared food and drinks! Oh, did I mention they Mahe the flour tortillas fresh and hot!? D-Licious!!!!
